Dewitt Hunt

CEO & Founder

Dewitt Hunt is the founder and President of Aesthetic Management Solutions, LLC. Dewitt has been in the aesthetic surgery business for the past 20 years, and has worked closely with some of the best surgeons across the country. Dewitt brings a unique combination of business perspective and operational expertise to practices of any size. He also brings well rounded knowledge of the "Aging Face" and how to achieve optimum results.

Over the past 20 years Dewitt has been a six time President's Club Winner with companies in the Laser, Dermatology and Plastic surgery market. He has helped countless clients reach their plastic surgery and aesthetic goals.

Mr. Hunt is a noted industry speaker presenting keynote addresses, seminars and webinars at many conferences and conventions and is very active with industry associations participating on the board level with many organizations.

Mr. Hunt holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Trinity College. He resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and daughter.

Kelly Rains Jesson

Director of Legal Affairs

Kelly Rains Jesson focuses on estate planning, probate administration, and business law. She is a seasoned litigator and has tried numerous cases.

Kelly was named to the North Carolina Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers for Estate Planning every year from 2018–2022, and was named a Super Lawyer in the Estate Planning category for 2024. The Super Lawyer recognition is reserved for the top 5% of practicing attorneys who are over 40 and have been practicing for more than 10 years. She was also named to Business North Carolina Legal Elite for Tax/Estate Planning every year from 2019–2024 — a distinction held by fewer than three percent of all practicing attorneys in the state.

In May of 2023, The Charlotte Chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) named Kelly Woman Business Owner of the Year, presented to a member who has demonstrated strong leadership skills in growing and managing a successful business that is more than five years old.

Prior to joining Jesson & Rains, PLLC, she represented local governments and businesses in matters ranging from personal injury suits in state court to discrimination, police liability, and other constitutional law claims in federal court. Kelly served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Angel A. Cortiñas of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal in Miami.

Kelly volunteers through the NCBA's 'Wills for Heroes' program, drafting testamentary documents for firefighters and police officers, and accepts periodic pro bono cases through the Mecklenburg County Bar Association's pro bono program. She is originally from North Carolina and is also a former dance teacher.

As the founder of Bustos Law Group, Heather has a proven track record of delivering tailored FDA compliance solutions, from facility registrations and claims/labeling reviews to recall management and resolving FDA Warning Letters.

Heather's career has been marked by her deep understanding of FDA regulations, making her a trusted resource for businesses at every stage — from startups to established brands. Her practice emphasizes risk management strategies that align with business goals, allowing clients to grow confidently while avoiding regulatory pitfalls.

Her practical, solutions-oriented approach to regulatory challenges has earned her a reputation as a go-to advisor for companies looking to stay ahead of the curve in a fast-evolving market.

Stephen S. Ashley

Patent Attorney

Stephen S. Ashley, Jr. is a registered patent attorney licensed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has been admitted to practice law by the State Bars of North Carolina and Mississippi. He has practiced law for more than twenty-five years and has practiced exclusively in the field of intellectual property law in North Carolina for the past twenty-two years.

Stephen earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from North Carolina State University and obtained his law degree at Mississippi College School of Law. Upon graduation in 1997, he worked at a nationally recognized civil litigation firm in Mississippi, handling complex litigation including products liability, medical malpractice, and environmental cases.

In 2000, Stephen returned to North Carolina to practice intellectual property law. He has prepared and filed hundreds of patent applications across a variety of technologies, including chemical, mechanical, medical devices, consumer products, and textiles. He is also a seasoned litigator, representing intellectual property owners against infringers as well as defending businesses accused of infringing patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

In 2008, Stephen founded the Ashley Law Firm P.C. Since then, he has been selected fifteen times to Business North Carolina's "Legal Elite" in the field of intellectual property — a distinction voted on by more than 20,000 practicing attorneys in the state.
