DEWITT HUNT, CEO AND FOUNDER
Dewitt Hunt is the founder and President of Aesthetic Management Solutions, LLC. Dewitt has been in the aesthetic surgery business for the past 20 years, and has worked closely with some of the best surgeons across the country. Dewitt brings a unique combination of business perspective and operational expertise to practices of any size. He also brings well rounded knowledge of the “Aging Face” and how to achieve optimum results.
Over the past 20 years Dewitt has been a six time President’s Club Winner with companies in the Laser, Dermatology and Plastic surgery market. He has helped countless clients reach their plastic surgery and aesthetic goals.
Mr. Hunt is a noted industry speaker presenting keynote addresses, seminars and webinars at many conferences and conventions and is very active with industry associations participating on the board level with many organizations.
Mr. Hunt holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Trinity College. He resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife and daughter.

MELIA HUNT, VICE PRESIDENT OF GLOBAL OPERATIONS
As Vice President of Global Operations Melia Hunt has set the Global corporate vision and mission for Aesthetic Management Solutions which is focused on driving strategic business growth through the expansion of comprehensive sample management solutions, the development of strategic partnerships and the growth of business operations within new geographies.
Melia Hunt has over 20 years of experience providing direct oversight of the technical delivery of global offsite and onsite services for critical functions in the pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industry. Within these organizations she has managed a significant number of global operational staff in the areas of corporate business development and global sales. In addition, she has executive consulting expertise in the areas of critical facilities management, business continuity, corporate strategic outsourcing, organizational strategy development and design and process improvement. She has provided management and consulting support, both domestically and globally within several of the world’s top biopharmaceutical and financial services companies including Teva Pharmaceuticals, Merck, Valeant Pharmaceuticals and Bank of America.
She received her B.S degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. She also received her Masters at the University of South Carolina. Melia is a graduate of Charlotte Country Day and resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and daughter.

JONATHAN MEEK ESQ. DIRECTOR OF LEGAL AFFAIRS
After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Jonathan Meek received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Shenandoah University in 2004. He worked for two years in the banking industry, becoming well-versed in the areas of retirement planning and asset management. In 2007, he left the financial arena to attend Charlotte School of Law. Three years later he received his Juris Doctor from the school and passed the 2010 NC Bar Exam. He began practicing in Mecklenburg County on Oct. 1, 2010, and subsequently founded Meek Law Firm.

STEPHEN S ASHLEY, PATENT ATTORNEY
Stephen S. Ashley, Jr. is a registered patent attorney licensed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has been admitted to practice law by the State Bars of North Carolina and Mississippi. He has practiced law for more than twenty-five years and has practiced exclusively in the field of intellectual property law in North Carolina for the past twenty-two years.
Stephen was born in Binghamton, New York, and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he graduated from South Mecklenburg High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from North Carolina State University and obtained his law degree at Mississippi College School of Law.
Upon graduation from law school in 1997, Stephen worked for three years at a nationally recognized civil litigation firm in Mississippi, where he handled complex litigation such as products liability, medical malpractice and environmental cases. His work included several wrongful death cases and a national class action case arising from accidents involving Firestone tires on Ford Explorer vehicles.
In 2000, Stephen returned to his home State of North Carolina to practice at intellectual property law firms in Greensboro and Charlotte. For the past twenty-two years, Stephen has practiced exclusively in the field of intellectual property, helping businesses and individuals protect their inventions, trademarks and other intellectual property. Stephen has prepared and filed hundreds of patent applications in a variety of technologies, including chemical, mechanical, medical devices, consumer products, and textiles. He is also a seasoned litigator, having handled numerous intellectual property cases representing intellectual property owners against infringers as well as defending businesses accused of infringing patents, trademarks and copyrights.
In 2008, Stephen founded the Ashley Law Firm P.C., dedicated to providing high quality intellectual property legal services. Since 2008, Stephen has been selected fifteen times to Business North Carolina's "Legal Elite" in the field of intellectual property. Each year Business North Carolina magazine sends ballots to the more than 20,000 practicing attorneys in North Carolina and asks them which lawyers they would rate as being among the best in sixteen specific fields of law. The lawyers receiving the most votes in each category constitute Business North Carolina's "Legal Elite." Stephen has served as an instructor for continuing legal education courses relating to intellectual property and has taught courses in intellectual property at Central Piedmont Community College's Institute for Entrepreneurship. Stephen also serves on the alumni advisory board of North Carolina State University's College of Sciences.
